Workplace Health and Wellbeing Conference

Coming soon - Adelphi House, Salford

“Workplace health and wellbeing programmes such as exercise, healthy eating and stop smoking support can make a real difference. Successful programmes such as these have been found to return £2 to £10 for every £1 spent.” – Public Health England

More than 25 million days were lost to workplace related ill health last year. Employers who fail to invest in the physical and mental wellbeing of their workers risk both financial loss and major challenges in the recruitment and retention of staff.

The Health and Safety Executive estimates that 12.5 million working days were lost to stress, depression or anxiety in 2016/17, a significant increase from the previous year. The NHS Five Year Forward View for Mental Health calls for greater “mental health promotion within workplaces”.

Join us for the Workplace Health and Wellbeing Conference 2018 where leading experts will explain how to ensure your workforce is healthy and engaged. Learn techniques for improving the mental health of your staff, see what support is available for SME’s and understand how investing in wellbeing can deliver tangible financial results.
